Thomson Announces Quarterly Dividend (All amounts are in U.S. dollars)
STAMFORD, Conn., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of The Thomson Corporation (NYSE: TOC; TSX: TOC) has declared a quarterly dividend on the company's common stock of $0.19 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2005 to common shareholders of record as of February 22, 2005. On an annualized basis, the dividend rate is $0.76 per share.
