Paul Sagan is a Catalyst Advisor at General Catalyst, a venture capital and private equity firm, which he joined in 2013 and became a Managing Director of in 2018. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Akamai Technologies, Inc., a company that specializes in content delivery, cybersecurity, DDoS mitigation and cloud services. He has also served as a senior advisor to the World Economic Forum, a senior executive at Time Warner in online services and cable programming, and a news executive with CBS Inc. Paul has extensive experience as a director of public companies and is currently a director of Moderna, Inc. Paul has a B.S. from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.
