The 2009 Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) / 3:00 p.m. (British Summer Time). The meeting will be held at The Thomson Reuters Building, 30 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, United Kingdom. This will be a joint meeting of shareholders of Thomson Reuters Corporation and Thomson Reuters PLC. Thomson Reuters will be offering a live video webcast of the meeting in Toronto, Canada at Roy Thomson Hall, which is located at 60 Simcoe Street. A webcast will also be available at www.thomsonreuters.com. Holders of Thomson Reuters Corporation common shares as of 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on March 31, 2009 and holders of Thomson Reuters PLC ordinary shares as of 6:00 p.m. (British Summer Time) on May 11, 2009 will be entitled to vote at the meeting. 

Thomson Reuters 2008 annual report contains its primary audited consolidated financial statements and related management's discussion and analysis. These Thomson Reuters Corporation financial statements are used for disclosing earnings, as they represent results for Thomson Reuters as a whole. For U.K. regulatory purposes, Thomson Reuters is also required to prepare standalone Thomson Reuters PLC financial information. These standalone financial statements do not account for Thomson Reuters Corporation and its subsidiaries and do not provide meaningful information for investors because they are not indicative of the financial position, results of operations or cash flows of Thomson Reuters as a whole.
